About The Position

Our Maintenance Coordinator is essential in providing Quality Life to our residents through ensuring our facility remains pristine and all services fully functional. This is a full-time (Monday-Friday) position with an on-call requirement.

Requirements

• 3-5 years related work experience in a skilled trade or maintenance position.
• High personal integrity and passion for providing an outstanding facility to our residents.
• Maintenance department stays active on their feel while lifting, pushing, and carrying items.
• Active driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of routine care and maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Coordination with outside vendors
• Supervision of maintenance department
• Interdepartmental coordination to ensure residents' needs are met
