About The Position
Our Life Enrichment Assistants are vital to providing quality life to our residents by ensuring they engage in purposeful and meaningful activities and interventions. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with an every other weekend requirement.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High personal integrity
- Caring attitude
- Take pride in bringing joy to our residents every day
- Stay active on their feet throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Planning and leading groups and activities
- Gathering residents for activities and assisting to load and secure residents into vehicles for outings
- Driving facility bus for resident outings
- Providing one-on-one engagement to residents
- Completing and documenting assessments
