About The Position

Our Life Enrichment Assistants are vital to providing quality life to our residents by ensuring they engage in purposeful and meaningful activities and interventions. This is a part-time (24 hours/week) position with an every other weekend requirement.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• High personal integrity
• Caring attitude
• Take pride in bringing joy to our residents every day
• Stay active on their feet throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading groups and activities
• Gathering residents for activities and assisting to load and secure residents into vehicles for outings
• Driving facility bus for resident outings
• Providing one-on-one engagement to residents
• Completing and documenting assessments
