We are looking for individuals who are experienced in Property Management operations, are passionate about customer service, and who thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our Construction team. The Maintenance Coordinator is integral in providing direct support for the market field office and participating in the support of field-level property management, including responding to resident inquiries, providing them with outstanding service, and coordinating with field operations. Please note: This position is onsite 5 days a week in our downtown Dallas office. This is not a field maintenance position.

Requirements

  • High School graduate.
  • Minimum of one-year previous experience in either the single family or multi-family rental industry.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer and resident experience.
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Interacts productively in person and through technology with co-workers and team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, ability to comfortably navigate new technology and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Work and Excel is required.
  • Detail oriented and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to consistently meet goals and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident service requests within the assigned market(s), representing the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Intake, vet, and coordinate resident service requests, communicating with maintenance providers to ensure timely completion aligned with company standards.
  • Interact with residents with professionalism and courtesy while collaborating effectively with internal team members.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service and demonstrate competency across all resident interactions—including phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person communication.
  • Perform vendor management tasks such as addressing vendor questions, setting appropriate expectations, and providing training aligned with company protocols.
  • Manage workload in accordance with company standards, including adherence to department-wide KPIs.
  • Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication or appropriate redirection.
  • Maintain an organized and consistent filing system on a company shared drive, in accordance with Evergreen procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.
