About The Position

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks at our community. You’ll also assist with vendor coordination and collaborate with leadership to improve property operations.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related experience or training
  • Customer service and coordination experience
  • Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage work orders.
  • Coordinate special projects.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve property operations.
  • Answer maintenance requests and input work orders promptly.
  • Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes.
  • Schedule and track special projects and make-readies.
  • Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives.
