About The Position

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a variety of PruittHealth properties in Northeast Georgia and nearby South Carolina. This role involves performing maintenance, groundskeeping, lawncare services, and occasional routine building maintenance to enhance the properties and ensure a hazard-free work environment. Additionally, the position requires servicing lawncare equipment and company vehicles.

Requirements

  • High school diploma; or equivalent
  • Two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters by changing out the air filters.
  • Assist with major cleaning projects as needed.
  • Perform generator testing and routine maintenance as scheduled/needed at the Pharmacy and NE Georgia and nearby South Carolina locations.
  • Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested.
  • Maintain the grounds of Pruitt Properties in Toccoa NE Georgia and nearby South Carolina locations to ensure they are free of trash and debris; may include mowing of lawn, trimming hedges, weeding, etc.
  • Remove furniture and other items as needed.
  • Install and check batteries for smoke alarms as needed.
  • Maintain and replace electrical outlets, light bulbs, and rewire or replace wiring in various equipment.
  • Complete general maintenance, plumbing repair, replace and unclogging hair traps, unplugging toilets, repairing washers and dryers, replacing broken pipes/water lines etc.
  • Build various structures for the use of the patients, e.g., benches, flower boxes, and other carpentry work requiring the use of various materials (wood, plaster, cement, nails, etc.).
  • Use electrical tools and equipment when appropriate (Including volt meter, drills, saws, etc.).
  • Use pressure washer as requested.
