About The Position

The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store, including restrooms and offices, and maintaining the cleaning supply inventory. The role involves routine cleaning tasks and keeping floor areas safe and dry. Work schedules vary according to business needs, and the position involves working from midnight.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum building floors.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaning supplies and tools.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Maintain dry floor areas, especially near the front door.
• Place wet-floor cones when necessary.
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory.
