About The Position

Ecowaste Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to join their team. This role involves managing data entry for work orders, maintaining various files and schedules, and performing general clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data from completed work orders into fleet management program
  • Maintain work pending files.
  • Maintain Preventive Maintenance schedules with assistance from maintenance managers.
  • Create and issue work orders with assistance from maintenance managers.
  • Maintain fuel reports.
  • Maintain computerized parts inventory.
  • Locate or assist in locating materials required by employees and/or contractors.
  • Monitor data for inconsistencies and errors.
  • Develop and issue computer reports as requested.
  • General clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, posting of notices, and retrieving/distributing mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
