Requirements
- Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma
- 0 – 1 years of experience in data entry
- Good Organizational Skills
- Strong Math aptitude and ability to work accurately with numbers
- Strong skills in 10-key data entry
Responsibilities
- Enters routine data in accounting records.
- Audits and reconciles checks and service orders against invoices.
- Maintains documentation for compliance to policies and procedures for internal audits.
- Codes invoices to general ledger codes.
- Files and maintains vendor files.
- Answers vendor inquiries.
- Refers difficult or unusual problems to higher-level clerk or more experienced personnel.
- May include other duties as assigned by Management.
