The Maintenance Clerk must be an effective communicator, a fast thinker, and able to multi-task. This role requires keeping the storeroom cleaned and organized, and maintaining the accuracy of inventoried parts in Maintimizer. The position involves reporting food safety and quality problems, creating and closing work orders, and communicating effectively with internal and external personnel. Responsibilities also include managing purchase orders, documenting packing slips, confirming parts received, and sending parts for refurbishment. The clerk may also be required to pick up emergency parts, cover for team members, restock forms, complete physical inventories, put away supplies, assign tools, and communicate schedule changes with temporary agencies.
