About The Position

Friendship Village is seeking a Maintenance Worker for their 2nd shift. This role involves addressing maintenance requests to fix, maintain, or add items in residents' homes, and helping to keep the buildings looking great, both inside and out. The position is located in a beautiful retirement community environment and offers a family-like atmosphere. Requirements

• Handy with power tools.
• Construction, lawn care and/or snow removal experience.
• Adequate transportation and driver's license.
• Some weekend and holiday availability.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Applicants subject to pre-employment screening and testing.

Responsibilities

• Work on maintenance requests to fix, maintain, or add items that our retired seniors need in their homes.
• Help keep the buildings looking great, both inside and out.
