About The Position

Position holder will work in a live production research facility to maintain various parts of the production and research process as a farm worker laborer. This is a 1st Shift position and requires flexible hours.

Requirements

High School or GED diploma required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others.
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Ability to work in a wet/dusty environment with external weather conditions.
Ability to perform bending, stooping, heavy lifting, walking, grabbing, twisting, and shoveling.
Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl.
Willing to sign an agreement to avoid any avian species (chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, etc).
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must not have worked for Tyson more than 3X.
180 days waiting period.
