About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to carry out maintenance operations during the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and possess expertise in various maintenance trades. This role requires proficiency in electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing, compressed air, snow removal & landscape management, security, and fire protection systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Extensive experience in maintenance operations with a focus on electrical.
• Proficiency in assembly environment, HVAC systems, brazing, welding, plumbing, and compressed air.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance trades.
• Planning, scheduling, ordering.
• Experience with working overhead on all utility systems.
• Experience on forklift, scissor lift, and boom lifts.
• Strong soft skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
