As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee plant maintenance teams while supporting the planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities across the facility. You’ll play a key role in improving productivity, coordinating resources, and driving ENTEK’s transition from reactive to proactive maintenance practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field with five (5) or more years of experience OR equivalent combination of education, technical experience, and supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance planning processes
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety practices and maintenance procedures
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume maintenance environment
  • Experience supporting industrial manufacturing or process operations
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and pipefitting systems
  • Experience supporting preventive maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across assigned operational areas
  • Review maintenance work orders and determine the most effective execution plans
  • Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, and resources required for maintenance work
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Planner, Ancillary Manager, and Production teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities
  • Develop integrated maintenance schedules for preventive maintenance and non-emergency repair work
  • Ensure safety requirements are incorporated into all maintenance planning and execution activities
  • Monitor maintenance work completion and ensure accurate documentation of completed work orders
  • Conduct post-job reviews and identify opportunities to improve maintenance programs and equipment reliability
  • Maintain organized maintenance records, job packages, and planning systems
  • Support continuous training and development of maintenance technicians
  • Promote Lean manufacturing practices including Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain safe operations and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Represent ENTEK professionally when interacting with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
