Building Maintenance Supervisor

About The Position
To plan, supervise, cost and perform repairs, installations and overall maintenance of the buildings and relevant project with respect of the approved budget.
Requirements
- Experience in building maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and building codes
- Ability to diagnose maintenance problems and create action plans
- Skill in estimating costs for maintenance projects
- Experience in supervising staff or contractors
- Familiarity with basic maintenance of vehicles
- Ability to conduct reviews and produce reports
- Training skills for maintenance operators
- Commitment to promoting a safety-bound corporate culture
- Adherence to Corporate Principles and Values
Responsibilities
- Diagnoses existing building maintenance problems and initiates appropriate action plan, defining priorities
- Plans building maintenance schedule
- Estimates costs for all building maintenance projects and programs
- Performs various building maintenance and repair tasks
- Overseas internal staff or external contractors in the completion of all building maintenance duties and tasks
- Guarantees the management of basic maintenance of company pool cars
- Responsible for all building maintenance issues and all related relevant systems
- Ensures observance of Health & Safety regulations and building codes and regulations
- Responsible for conducting a regular review of building maintenance and producing a report on observations
- Trains the Building Maintenance Operator on all the relevant process/activity and related procedures including all safe work practices and building codes
- Promote a safety-bound corporate culture
- Apply the Corporate Principles and Values
