About The Position

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Associate to join their Maintenance team. This is a full-time, year-round role where the associate will assist with the upkeep and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel systems to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and general repairs, all contributing to the guest experience and maintaining Hilton brand standards. Requirements

Previous maintenance, facilities, or related experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, standing, and walking for extended periods
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call situations as needed
Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities
Respond promptly to guest and team member maintenance requests
Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to help maintain Hilton brand standards
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance issues
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment
Assist with property upkeep, painting, and minor repair projects as needed
Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns promptly
Support outside vendors and contractors during service visits when needed
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction
