About The Position

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a friendly and dependable Breakfast Attendant to join their Food & Beverage team. This is a full-time, year-round role where the attendant will help create a positive start to each guest’s day by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked breakfast area while providing exceptional guest service. The role involves preparing and replenishing breakfast items, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and delivering the hospitality expected from the Hilton brand. Home2 Suites by Hilton aims to provide modern comfort, friendly service, and an exceptional stay experience. Requirements

  • Previous food service, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work early mornings with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, set up, and maintain the breakfast area according to Hilton brand standards
  • Ensure food and beverage items are fully stocked, fresh, and presented neatly throughout service
  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, serving stations, and kitchen areas
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Assist with food preparation and proper storage procedures
  • Clean and break down the breakfast area after service
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests
  • Support overall hotel operations and assist team members as needed
