About The Position

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a friendly and dependable Breakfast Supervisor to lead our breakfast service team. In this full-time, year-round role, you will oversee the daily breakfast operations, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, organized, and enjoyable dining experience each morning. You will play a key role in supporting team members, maintaining food presentation and cleanliness standards, and delivering exceptional hospitality. Working closely with hotel leadership and other departments, you will help create a positive start to each guest’s day while ensuring efficient operations behind the scenes. Requirements

  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs during shifts
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the breakfast team to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient daily operations
  • Oversee breakfast setup, presentation, replenishment, and breakdown according to Hilton brand standards
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking breakfast supplies
  • Train, coach, and support breakfast attendants and team members
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming breakfast area at all times
  • Assist with scheduling, daily preparation, and operational communication
  • Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Follow all food safety and health regulations
