Requirements

Associate's degree from a 2-year college or technical school, OR 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skillset and ability to build, repair, and install facility fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, wall coverings, windows, doors, and partitions.
Diligence in identifying safety issues.
Knowledge of all equipment and tools and how to use them properly.
Ability to work independently and problem solve.
Physical ability to perform the tasks of a maintenance associate.
Ability to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to exert in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities

Build, repair, and install facility fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, wall coverings, windows, doors, and partitions.
Identify and address safety issues throughout the store.
Assist with floor moves, display construction, and other retail floor-related tasks.
Perform daily inspections and maintenance of amusement rides, attractions, and simulators.
Support outside service companies and vendors with facility maintenance tasks not handled by the in-house team (e.g., escalators, elevators, HVAC, boilers, sprinklers, generators, aquariums, restaurant equipment, landscaping).
Properly use and maintain all equipment and tools.
Collaborate with and assist other associates as needed.
Possess the physical ability to perform all maintenance tasks.
Work independently and effectively solve problems.
