About The Position
The Maintenance Assistant ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the community building through routine procedures and special work orders. The role includes completing work orders, preparing apartments for move-ins, organizing and ordering supplies, and performing general maintenance projects and repairs.

- Work independently and take satisfaction in completing repairs and projects.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders around the community.
- Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-ins.
- Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.
- Complete maintenance projects and installations or repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.
