About The Position

This role involves working with the Director of Asset Management to maintain and update the company's maintenance programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with ISO standards. The position requires monitoring key performance indicators, GPS and Telematics, and the oil sample program. A significant part of the role includes managing the company's ERP system for maintenance data, reviewing and updating PM schedules, and developing reports on findings and improvements. Additionally, the role is responsible for DOT compliance, managing title and license plate renewals, and handling over-the-road insurance cards. The Maintenance Admin will act as an expert in the ERP system and maintenance programs, travel to sites as needed, assist the sales team with equipment rebuild quotes, and complete OEM training. The position also involves assisting site managers with technician training and ensuring certificates are up-to-date, aiding the GM of Maintenance with asset inspections, and working with site management on corrective actions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Director of Asset Management to maintain and update the company’s maintenance programs, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain and update key performance indicators for the fleet
  • Monitor GPS and Telematics program for the company
  • Monitor oil sample program
  • Ensure all components are entered correctly and maintained in the company’s ERP system
  • Review PM schedule program regularly for accuracy and update PMs for specific assets
  • Develop reports based on findings, opportunities for improvement, and success stories
  • Review DOT compliance with service trucks
  • Manage title and license plate renewals and applications
  • Manage over-the-road insurance cards and distribute accordingly ahead of expiration dates
  • Be an expert in the ERP system and maintenance programs
  • Travel to sites as needed (based on direction from GM of Maintenance or Director of Asset Management)
  • Assist sales team as needed to ensure accuracy of scope of work and quotes for equipment rebuilds
  • Attend and complete all OEM online and in-person training programs
  • Assist site managers with technician’s training, and make certain that certificates have not expired
  • Assist GM of Maintenance in the completion of annual asset inspections
  • Works with site management on the completion of corrective actions
