Saskatoon Co-op is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Admin Rep for the Maintenance Department. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for processing supplier invoices, statements, and payments, auditing interdepartmental transfers, coding invoices related to maintenance work, assisting with audits, maintaining department records and inventory, communicating with the team and management, and monitoring maintenance requests via email. The position also involves performing other assigned duties.
