About The Position

The Maintenance Level 3 is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all external aspects of the property as assigned daily. The role also handles emergency cleaning situations, assists with room turns, performs basic work orders, and completes other assigned special projects and duties. The position is based at Siegel Suites Twain 4 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
Own maintenance tools.
Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout each shift.
Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 100 pounds.
Ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions.
Comply with brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, walk, bend, and climb.
Ability to work in cramped, dirty or dusty, and cold or hot conditions.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of vacuums, wet vacs, carpet shampooers, and squeegees.

Responsibilities

Clean walkways, stairwells, floors, doors, and parking lots.
Pick up trash throughout the property.
Assist with pack-outs and trash-outs.
Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors on an ongoing basis.
Spot clean or shampoo floors as necessary, including cement, tile, marble, and carpet.
Move furniture and appliances as needed.
Report maintenance issues to the manager as needed.
Paint parking areas, walls, and fences, and remove graffiti as needed.
Assist with room turns and basic work orders.
Handle emergency cleaning situations.
Complete other assigned duties and special projects.
