About The Position

The Maintenance Level 3 is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all external aspects of the property, as assigned daily. The role handles emergency cleaning situations, assists with room turns, performs basic work orders, and completes other assigned special projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
Own maintenance tools.
Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.
Schedule flexibility, including nights and weekends.
Comply with brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies.
Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout each shift.
Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 100 pounds.
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, walk, bend, and climb.
Ability to work in cramped, dirty or dusty, and cold or hot conditions.

Responsibilities

Clean all walkways, stairwells, floors, doors, and parking lots.
Pick up trash throughout the property.
Assist with pack-outs and trash-outs.
Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors on an ongoing basis.
Spot clean or shampoo floors as necessary, regardless of surface, including cement, tile, marble, and carpet.
Move furniture and appliances as needed.
Report maintenance issues to the manager as needed.
Paint parking areas, walls, and fences, and remove graffiti as needed.
Assist with room turns and basic work orders.
Handle emergency cleaning situations.
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
