About The Position

Perform skilled maintenance and trades work in District facilities and work with other staff to complete projects. This position provides HVAC support and follows a 12-month calendar with an 8-hour schedule. Internal classified employees are not eligible to apply for open positions during their probationary period of employment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
Proficient use of computers and Internet-based applications, including email and systems applications.
Valid Oregon driver’s license.
Three years of experience in identified trades.
Knowledge of regulations governing work within identified trades.
Knowledge of applicable safety rules and best practices within identified trades.
Pass a pre-employment drug test.
Hold an LME or be on the LME certification track.
