About The Position

The Main Shop Technician diagnoses and repairs Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles in a high-volume dealership service shop. The role includes advanced drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and suspension repairs, along with used-vehicle inspections and reconditioning. Technicians perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs using diagnostic technology and manufacturer resources, while delivering accurate, high-quality work and maintaining productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive technician experience.
• Previous domestic OEM experience, such as CDJR, Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, or Lincoln.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with used-vehicle reconditioning and inspection processes.
• Ability to consistently produce quality repairs in a high-volume environment.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
