This position is responsible for managing daily activities within the Housekeeping department, acting as a liaison between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Key duties include running sold room reports, verifying room status, determining discrepant rooms, prioritizing room cleaning, and updating the status of departing guest rooms. The attendant will also document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk, prepare and distribute room assignments, and manage 'Do Not Disturb' lists. They ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned on time and assign rush rooms. This role also involves completing required Housekeeping paperwork, adhering to company and safety policies, and maintaining professional appearance and conduct.
