About The Position

The Laundry Linen Attendant is responsible for sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens, towels, cleaning rags, and uniforms. This role involves operating and maintaining commercial laundry machines, inspecting items for damage, applying detergents and stain treatments, and maintaining a clean and organized laundry area. The attendant will also track inventory, follow safety and hygiene standards, deliver clean laundry, and work collaboratively with the team. This position offers flexible shifts, approximately 30 hours per week, and opportunities for growth within the Hilton brand.

Responsibilities

Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, cleaning rags and uniforms
Operate and maintain commercial laundry machines safely
Inspect items for stains, damage, or needed repairs
Apply appropriate detergents, chemicals, and stain treatments
Keep laundry area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, ensure equipment is cleaned daily
Track and manage inventory of linens and laundry items
Follow safety, hygiene, and hotel/brand standards
Deliver clean laundry to designated areas or departments
Work as part of a supportive team to keep the hotel running smoothly
Other duties as assigned.
