Linen Room Attendant
About The Position
The purpose of this position is to support and assist Housekeeping and Laundry as assigned. The Linen Room Attendant will maintain all linen rooms clean, stocked and organized according to linen needs. This role will provide the Laundry Manager with an inventory of linen rooms at 3pm daily and notify a manager promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance. The Linen Room Attendant will handle guests with excellent guest relation skills and attend all departmental meetings as scheduled. All duties must be performed in a timely and efficient manner, and the attendant must be polite, friendly, and helpful.
Requirements
- Basic English skills required
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 150 lbs
- Must be able to bend and stand for prolonged periods
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous Housekeeping experience an asset
Responsibilities

- Recycles whenever possible
- Remains current with hotel information and changes
- Complies with hotel uniform and grooming standards
