Requirements

• Automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Own a set of tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and computer-related issues accurately the first time.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, manufacturer-recommended services, and recall services to factory specifications.
• Complete thorough, honest multi-point inspections and document findings with photos or notes.
• Work efficiently to meet and exceed flag-hour and proficiency expectations without sacrificing quality.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with service advisors and parts staff to keep promise times accurate.
• Follow warranty and repair documentation procedures so the repair story line supports the work performed.
• Road-test vehicles to verify the reported concern and the repair before returning the vehicle.
• Keep the work bay, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Pursue continued skill growth through training and certification.
