About The Position

Chapman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Scottsdale is seeking experienced Mainline Automotive Technicians to join its Service Department. The technician diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates with other technicians and Service Advisors and reports directly to the Service Director. Technicians work in a state-of-the-art, air-conditioned shop, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Requirements

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicle drivability systems.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Stellantis/Chrysler training preferred.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Identify additional services needed and communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.
• Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates for recommended repairs.
• Complete all work specified on repair orders in accordance with dealership processes.
• Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure repairs are completed accurately and thoroughly.
