About The Position

The Mailroom / Workplace Services Associate provides mailroom operations, workplace services, shipping and receiving support, dock operations support, and customer service for the corporate campus. The role supports the daily movement of mail, packages, freight, supplies, employee orders, and other materials, helping deliver a positive workplace experience for Ace team members. It receives, sorts, processes, stages, ships, delivers, and secures mail, packages, and freight. The associate also supports corporate events, employee engagement activities, and special projects. As a visible representative of Corporate Services, the position helps ensure efficient campus operations through exceptional customer service, safety awareness, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Provide mailroom operations, workplace services, shipping and receiving support, and dock operations support for the corporate campus.
• Support the daily movement of mail, packages, freight, supplies, employee orders, and other materials.
• Receive, sort, process, stage, ship, deliver, and secure mail, packages, and freight.
• Provide customer service to Ace team members and contribute to a positive workplace experience.
• Support corporate events, employee engagement activities, and special projects.
• Represent Corporate Services and support efficient campus operations through customer service, safety awareness, and operational support.
