Requirements

• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of processes and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience in customer service, facilities, and/or shipping functions.
• Basic math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with postal and shipping standards.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping systems.

Responsibilities

• Sort, process, and deliver incoming mail and packages to departments and employees.
• Process outgoing mail and shipments, including label creation.
• Maintain records and documentation as needed.
• Stock supplies and move product.
• Assist with moving equipment and furniture.
• Assist with events and conference setup.
• Help manage and organize warehouse and storage areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
