This role is crucial in supporting our members by ensuring the efficient handling of mail and maintaining office supplies and facilities. The Mailroom Clerk will process all incoming and outgoing mail, manage postage, supervise UPS operations, monitor and maintain departmental stock and supplies, interact with vendors, set up conference rooms, replenish kitchen supplies, and oversee lighting maintenance and shelving installations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage a diverse workload with accuracy and professionalism.
