Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
  • Mailroom or document processing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Prepare and distribute outbound mailings
  • Scan and track document processing activities
  • Perform data entry related to returned mail
  • Maintain filing and document tracking systems
  • Operate mailroom equipment
  • Monitor supply inventory and report needs
  • Assist with general office and courier support tasks
