Coordinate administrative and mailroom services for the organization in the Cincinnati Headquarters. This role involves handling day-to-day mailroom operations, including receiving and processing mail and deliveries, scanning and processing mail securely, and coordinating shipments. The position also supports office administration by ordering and stocking supplies, managing records, providing administrative support for documents and presentations, and assisting with office events. The Mailroom Administrator will recommend procedural improvements, assist with special projects, and serve as a backup to Office Administrators. A strong understanding of office/mailroom procedures, associated equipment, Microsoft Suite, and company operator software is required.
