Ability to multitask, follow procedures, and work independently
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

Nice To Haves

Experience with Acrobat form setup
Familiarity with Docrio or similar document management systems
Prior experience in a law firm or high-volume office setting

Responsibilities

Open, sort, scan, and route all incoming mail and documentation
Process outgoing mail via FedEx, USPS (certified), and other methods
Create and manage both electronic and physical file folders
Download and maintain electronic medical records in our CRM
Support large mailing projects, including mail merges, document coding, and Acrobat forms
Maintain accurate records and assist with purging and archiving physical files
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Coordinate with internal teams on document logistics and process improvements
