About The Position

HSHS Wisconsin is seeking a Magnet Program Manager that will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of Magnet or Pathway to Excellence Programs. This RN will assume market-wide responsibility for coordinating the program application, designation, and re-designation processes. In collaboration with nursing leadership and organizational stakeholders, this role develops, implements, and sustains strategies to achieve and maintain Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • 5 years of nursing or related healthcare experience is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
  • Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Leadership or project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with hospital operations and clinical care delivery is preferred.
