About The Position

Machinist role in a job shop environment operating manual and automatic grinding equipment. Training is available for the right candidate. The position is on 2nd or 3rd shift, with training on 1st shift. Pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour while training on 1st shift, plus a shift differential once on 2nd or 3rd shift; higher pay may be offered to experienced candidates.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Ability to stand, sit, talk or hear, use hands to pick up, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude and/or basic machine shop training.
• Experience as a machinist; higher pay may be offered to experienced candidates.
