About The Position
Rochester Regional Health is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for its Batavia, New York practice. The role combines comprehensive, outpatient-focused Family Medicine with opportunities to teach and mentor learners in a physician-led, integrated health system serving Western New York. The physician will care for patients across the lifespan and build lasting relationships with patients and families while contributing to the community. The position is part of Rochester Regional Health’s Primary Care Institute and offers a collaborative, team-based practice environment. The practice uses EPIC and is supported by the specialists, services, technology, and resources of an integrated health system. Physicians can pursue professional growth and opportunities to teach and lead. Full-time or part-time opportunities are available. The compensation package includes a salary guarantee, performance-based incentives, a sign-on bonus, fully covered relocation services, comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance with full coverage, and 403(b) and 457(b) retirement savings plans. The posted base pay range is $250,000–$275,000, with individual pay potentially varying based on position details and FTE, experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
Requirements
- DO or MD degree.
- Physician license through the New York State Office of the Professions.
