About The Position

Independently operates CNC or conventional machines for routine jobs, producing quality parts while performing standard setups, inspections, and minor adjustments. Supports consistent workflow and identifies abnormalities impacting production or quality.

Requirements

• 2–3 years machining experience
• Blueprint reading ability
• Basic CNC and computer skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Must be a 'U.S. Person' due to federal export control laws.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC or conventional machines
• Load tooling and fixtures per job setup instructions
• Inspect in-process parts for blueprint compliance
• Make basic offsets and adjustments
• Escalate quality or process issues
