About The Position

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by performing set-ups and operating CNC and Manual machines according to specifications and production requirements. You will monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output. You will also conduct quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards, assist with troubleshooting machine issues and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completed formal training (Apprenticeship program) or 6yrs of CNC Machine Set-up
