About The Position

This is an onsite role, first shift (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm) at the client site. You will keep production moving by performing semi-repetitive specialized machine operations and supporting production associates. Your work directly affects product quality and on-time delivery for the production team. This is an onsite role, first shift (M–F, 5:00am–1:30pm) at the client site.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant machining experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience in machining
• Strong experience using lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and other machining tools
• Ability to use hand tools and machinery and to follow blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise judgment with minimal precedent
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Set up complex production equipment, conduct tests, perform analyses, and calibrate assemblies per policy and safety procedures
• Install, maintain, repair, rebuild, and operate machining tools such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
• Diagnose issues, disassemble and determine extent of repairs, refit or replace worn parts, and reassemble components
• Manufacture replacement parts by selecting materials and planning and performing machining operations
• Read and work from oral and written instructions, sketches, blueprints, engineering drawings, and manuals with little supervision
• Support production with consistent, punctual attendance and flexibility for variable hours when needed
