About The Position

The Machining Set-up Operator works onsite in Jonesboro, Arkansas, operating a variety of similar machines and adapting to changing priorities, including changes in machines, teams, products, and volume. The role is expected to meet and run standards and perform other duties as assigned. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and works 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed to meet customer demand.

Candidates must have work authorization permitting employment with ABB in the United States; sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to individuals, groups, or clients through reports or correspondence.
• Work authorization permitting employment with ABB in the United States.
