The Senior Industrial Motor & Generator Mechanic is a hands-on technical leader who independently disassembles, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, reassembles, and supports testing of heavy-industrial motors, generators, pumps, gearboxes, and related rotating equipment. This role supports mission-critical equipment for utilities, water, mining, manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace, agriculture, food production, and other industrial markets. Senior mechanics serve as trusted technical resources in a skilled, team-oriented shop, working with mechanics, winders, machinists, welders, test technicians, engineers, project managers, and supervisors to solve challenging repairs safely, correctly, and efficiently. Ideal candidates bring strong rotating equipment, industrial maintenance, millwright, field service, heavy equipment, aviation, military, power generation, mining, pump, turbine, compressor, or similar mechanical repair experience, with the judgment, communication, and ownership expected from a senior shop resource.
