About The Position
Tex Tech Industries is hiring Machine Operators for its North Monmouth Plant. This role is crucial for a growing and evolving global manufacturer of high-performance textiles used in various demanding applications such as aircraft, automotive, filtration, protective apparel, defense, and space. The positions are available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Requirements
- Frequent standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
- Frequent lifting, twisting, kneeling, and bending.
- Frequent lifting of 10 to 75 lbs (with some assistance).
- Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
- Good vision and ability to distinguish color variations.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.

- Ability to learn additional machines for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce high-performance textiles.
