About The Position

Tex Tech Industries is hiring Machine Operators for its North Monmouth Plant. This role is crucial for a growing and evolving global manufacturer of high-performance textiles used in various demanding applications such as aircraft, automotive, filtration, protective apparel, defense, and space. The positions are available on the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Requirements

• Fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Good vision.
• Ability to distinguish color variations.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable attendance is essential for performance and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce high-performance textiles.
• Perform frequent standing and walking for up to 8 hours a day.
• Engage in frequent lifting, twisting, kneeling, and bending.
• Lift 10 to 75 lbs, with some assistance.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Learn additional machines for advancement opportunities.
