About The Position

The Machine Operator performs tasks including operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production while ensuring products meet production quality standards. This role is part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment and requires reliable attendance and attention to detail to keep production on track and team members safe and efficient. The position is based at LITTLE TREES in De Witt, Iowa. Hours are 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Pay is $21.25 per hour, increasing to $22.75 within six months; the stated rates include a $3 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 45 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for shifts of more than 10 hours.
• Reliable transportation to De Witt, Iowa.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to accurately operate machinery.
• Ability to meet production requirements and quality expectations.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, instructions, and rules.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
