About The Position

The Production Worker, under the direction of the shift supervisor, is primarily responsible for assembling plastic intermediate bulk container (IBC) totes and steel cages using established production procedures. The role follows safety protocols and company quality standards while supporting daily plant production, changeovers, and outbound shipments. It also assists with packaging products for internal and external use and supports changeovers with other production teammates. The position pays $21.00 per hour. The base schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:50 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Mauser Packaging Solutions offers medical and dental benefits, paid time off, and other competitive benefits.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and report issues.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to be on feet for up to 8–12 hours per shift.
Use of hands and fingers to perform job functions.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
Meet production standards for specific assignments within the required time.
Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in the assigned space.
Report production waste to the Production Lead or Supervisor.
Maintain safety and quality throughout production.
Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line so safety and quality standards are maintained.
Perform other duties as required by a Supervisor or Manager.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Assemble plastic IBC totes and steel cages using established production procedures.
Support daily plant production needs, changeovers, and outbound shipments.
Assist with packaging products for internal and external use.
Assist other production teammates with changeovers.
