About The Position

Pratt Industries is hiring a Machine Operator at its Rock Hill, South Carolina location. The role supports the production of corrugated packaging by setting up and operating Flexo equipment, inspecting dies and equipment, checking product quality, and helping maintain efficient, safe production. The operator works with recycled materials and contributes to the company’s sustainability mission. The position also involves collaborating with coworkers, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, keeping production, safety, and quality reports, and training or mentoring team members. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Precision and initiative in setup and operations.
Willingness to train and mentor team members.
Proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
